Explore your symptoms

Living Well with Your Symptoms is a 6-week programme designed to explore specific symptoms and develop strategies to help you manage living with them.

Our aim is to provide you with the tools and guidance you need to feel empowered to live as well as possible for as long as possible.

The sessions will be held at the Turner Centre, at St. Michael’s Hospice. These will be formatted in a group setting. This programme is designed by our Therapy team, and ran by our therapist, Claire Bailey.

I found all the sessions really informative and helpful, especially the medical management of breathlessness and understanding why I take the medications that I do.
