Run the 2026 London Marathon for St. Michael’s Hospice!

The TCS London Marathon is for many, the ultimate bucket list item!  It is one of the most popular running events in the world and places are highly sought after.

The route has remained largely unchanged since the inaugural race in 1981 and encompasses many of the capital’s most mesmerising landmarks, old and new.  More than 55,000 runners are expected to take part in the 26.2-mile route with tens of thousands of spectators lining the streets to cheer them on. Could you be one of them?

In 2026, the London Marathon takes place on Sunday 26 April, and we’d love for you to run for St. Michaels?

How to Join our team!

Why run for St Michaels Hospice?

St. Michael’s Hospice is dedicated to supporting anyone in North Hampshire who has a life-limiting illness, is facing the end-of-life, or experiencing bereavement.

We provide free, compassionate, palliative support and specialist care to ensure patients can attain the highest possible quality of life, whether at our ten-bed In-Patient Unit or in the comfort of their own home.

Our services are uniquely tailored to each patient, ensuring comfort, dignity, and choice at every stage.

With only 16% of our funds provided by the government, your support is crucial. As an independent charity, we need to raise £15,000 a day to continue delivering compassionate carefree of charge to people in North Hampshire. This is only possible with the support of our community.
